PICJET PJ Combined Hammer Blasters perform a double action on the bulk material or :
The PICJET PJ Combined Hammer Blaster is particularly efficient with powders which tend to pack under pressure, as well as with very fine, dry powders. It represents the perfect solution against bridging or rat-holing problems.
Operation is intermittent at a pressure ranging from 3 to 6 bar (44 ~ 87 PSI).
Its robust design makes the PICJET PJ Combined Hammer Blaster suitable both indoor outdoor installation. External body parts are manufactured from galvanized steel POM.
PICJET PJ Combined Hammer Blasters are supplied with a mounting plate which has to be welded on the , or wall. A safety chain prevents accidental dropping during installation or maintenance.
PICJET PJ Combined Hammer Blasters come in three different sizes.
The PJ-type PICJET® Combined Hammer Blast adds to the mechanical action of the PS-type MARTSHOCK Hammer (see relevant page) a compressed air jet expanding across the surrounding wall surface, as well as in the stored material. GUNJET PG Air Cannons (blasters) are successfully used where bridging or rat-holing occurs.
They are ideal for setting in motion irregularly shaped, dry and light bulk solids (e.g. fibres, shavings, flakes, wood chippings, plastic chippings).
GUNJET PG Air Cannons are designed to inject blasts of high pressure gas at up to 6 bar (87 PSI), for a short duration (typically fractions of a second) resulting in bridging or rat-holing material to collapse.
In the standard version GUNJET PG Air Cannons are electro-pneumatically activated. A fully pneumatic version is available on request.
When operating multiple air cannons, those at the bottom should be fired first, moving on progressively upwards at regular intervals.
The curved outlet pipe conveys air tangentially along the wall of the bin or silo.

Rat-holing is a phenomenon that frequently occurs inside bins or silos with certain materials. Due to the physical and chemical properties of the product, the central material column drops instantaneously as soon as the silo outlet valve is opened, while the surrounding material remains immobile. Especially with light materials a PG-type GUNJET Air Cannon is often the ideal solution for such inconvenient situations. Other applications are the corners of rectangular-shaped bins where because of tiled walls or inserts, hammering or vibration on the outlet sections is unsuitable. GUNJET Air Cannons are also successfully used in cases where bridging occurs.

P-US Linear Pneumatic Vibrators help solving problems such as formation of incrustations, bridging or rat-holing, operating continuously applying intermittent blows on the or at a pressure ranging from 2 to 6 bar (29 ~ 87 PSI).
When operating multiple impact vibrators, those at the bottom should be activated first, moving progressively upwards at regular intervals to the upper ones.
The robustness of the P-series design makes these vibrators suitable both outdoor indoor application, as well as high temperatures of up to 200 °C (390 °F).
The external body parts are manufactured in aluminum and powder-coated (RAL 2009 or RAL 9005 for P-US version) grey cast iron.

DC motors, available both in 12V, in 24V or 36V , are dedicated to the application on industrial sweepers. Electric installation is the same as for the other DC motors in OLI range.
Since this application depends on the machine’s design they don’t have any foot in order to guarantee more flexibility during installation which can be done by the customer using his own made support. Mass adjustment is not possible.
On top of the collection hopper of sweepers there is a filter that must be cleaned to keep high suction performance. Cleaning is usually done shaking the filter for a few second by mean of a DC vibrating motor fitted on top of it.

The new range of OLI Vibro aerator is the outcome of 2 years of research and development in collaboration with WAM Group testing department. Unique and Patented design UNI-Directional air flow ,Tramontana® technology can be found in the VBS that you can identify as VBT Quick Flow ( “T” means for Truck app). Old concepts behind previous VB series have been fully re-viewed in order to satisfy markets demands. Multiple proposal of membrane material and new Patented design has improved in a sensitive way the performances of the Vibro-aerators and consequentially the productivity of the overall plants, a faster load-out means getting more money for the end-user.
The aerator VBT improves the speed of truck unloading. The use of the aeration system can guarantee a better efficient in the unloading process, meaning that a single truck could make more unloads per day, improving the management of the entire plant, which is located downstream.
